Begin Off Road

Begin Off Road runs electric dirt‑bike lessons and family sessions from the Granary at Weston Park. Sessions use OSET electric bikes with helmets and riding kit provided.

Rides take place across Weston Park’s landscaped estate—woodland, knolls, a quarry area and water features—so sessions mix quiet practice with short trail and feature riding suitable for beginners and families.

You’ll get a short safety briefing and fitted helmet and kit before riding an electric OSET bike under instructor supervision.

What you'll do:

• Start in a sheltered practice area to learn throttle, balance and braking
• Progress onto woodland trails, small jumps/knolls and a watersplash section as skills develop
• Instructors coach kids and adults; one‑to‑one, family and group formats available
• Sessions include bike hire, helmet and protective gear; riders must meet age/weight guidelines

Best way to experience it: Arrive 15–30 minutes early to sign in and get fitted. Book the appropriate session for age/ability (children’s, family or one‑to‑one). Bring closed‑toe shoes and clothes you don’t mind getting dusty; you get Weston Park entry for the day with your session.
