Overview

Volvo Trucks Ghent is Volvo Group’s principal truck manufacturing site, assembling heavy‑duty models including the FH, FM and FMX ranges. The plant offers guided industrial visits that explain assembly stages, cab trim, battery pack and wheel fitting operations.

Visits run by the official Industrial Visit Volvo programme require online booking and a participation fee. Tours are limited in size, offered in several languages, and enforce safety and privacy rules such as staying on walking aisles and no photography without permission.
