Model-Craft AB

Model‑Craft AB is a long‑established, family‑run hobby and model shop in central Malmö offering scale kits, RC parts, balsa wood and specialist tools. The business traces its roots back to the mid‑20th century and maintains both a physical shop and an online store.

The shop is compact and specialist‑led—staff can advise on engines, radio gear and building materials. Contact details and current opening hours are published on their official website.

A focused retail workshop for model makers, RC hobbyists and kit builders with a mix of new stock and hard‑to‑find parts.

Look out for:

• A wide selection of balsa sheet and timber for model building.

• Scale model kits and finishing supplies (paints, adhesives, tools).

• RC components and small engines, including brand lines they represent.

• Knowledgeable staff who can advise on parts compatibility and repairs.

Best way to experience it: Visit during weekday afternoons or Saturday mornings (check current hours on their site). If you need a specific part or engine, call ahead or check the webshop to confirm availability before making a trip.

• Shop hours listed on the website; Sundays and public holidays are closed.

• Saturdays have reduced hours and may be closed in summer months—check before visiting.

• Small shop footprint: bring measurements or part photos to help staff identify items.
