Maserati Factory Tour
Overview
Guided tours of Maserati’s renovated Modena factory show live production stages, the Engine Lab, paintshop and the Fuoriserie bespoke area. Tours are run by the official Maserati/Modenatur programme and focus on manufacturing and customization processes.
Tours run on selected weekdays and require advance online booking via the Modenatur booking portal. There are two main options (Factory Tour ~75 min and Showroom Tour ~40 min), with age and ticket rules published on the booking site.
What to Expect
A focused, factory-floor guided visit that combines production-area observation with brand history and design insights.
Look out for:
- Live assembly and production stages for models such as MCpura, GT2 Stradale, GranTurismo and GranCabrio.
- The Engine Lab and the paintshop walkthroughs explaining technical processes.
- The Fuoriserie area for bespoke customization consultations and showpieces.
- Opportunities to see finished cars in the showroom and learn about craftsmanship.
Best way to experience it:
Book the Factory Tour if you want the full production-floor experience (about 75 minutes); choose the shorter Showroom Tour for a quick introduction. Check the Modenatur calendar and book at least a week in advance when possible, and arrive early for check-in.
Things to Note
- Reservation is mandatory; tickets sold only through the Modenatur booking site.
- Factory tours run on selected weekdays and may be canceled by Maserati.
- Children under 7 are not admitted to factory tours; age rules differ for the showroom tour.
- Tickets have specific refund/cancellation terms listed on the booking page.
