Helitaly

Helitaly is an Italian broker that arranges tailor-made helicopter tours, point‑to‑point transfers and private jet charters by selecting certified aircraft operators. The company lists its registered office in Cislago and presents itself as an intermediary rather than an operator.

Services are customised for events and transfers (they’ve promoted MotoGP and Milano Cortina event transfers) and bookings combine aircraft, route planning and ground handling through partner operators. Contact details and corporate registration are published on their site.

Expect a personalised booking process that pairs you with a licensed helicopter or private jet operator rather than a single in‑house fleet.

Look out for:

• Clear routing and transfer options for events and regional hops (e.g., event transfers promoted on their site).

• Confirmation that a certified operator and aircraft with valid AOC will be used for your flight.

• Coordination of ground handling and meeting points; heliport/airport specifics vary by operator.

• Weather and airspace restrictions that can alter schedules.

Best way to experience it:

Contact Helitaly in advance with trip details and passenger/luggage info, request operator credentials and heliport/airport meeting instructions, and expect some flexibility around weather and local airspace rules.

• Helitaly is an intermediary; flights are operated by third‑party certified operators.

• Confirm aircraft type, passenger limits and baggage allowances before booking.

• Schedules can change due to weather or airspace constraints; plan time buffers.

• Verify pick‑up/drop‑off heliport or airport access and any ID/documents required.
