DiBa-Modellbahnen

DiBa‑Modellbahnen is a long‑standing specialist retailer on Königstraße in Kaiserslautern offering model trains, cars and accessories. The shop serves local hobbyists and visiting enthusiasts with sales, spare parts and technical services.

Services include repairs, digital conversion, lighting installation and personalised advice from experienced staff. The store’s opening hours vary by weekday; check the official site or call before you visit.

A compact specialist shop focused on model railways and model cars, with shelves of locomotives, rolling stock, track, controllers and loco‑fitting parts.

Look out for:

• A wide range of spare parts and accessories for common German brands.

• On‑site repair and digital conversion services (ask staff about lead times).

• Staff expertise—owner/in‑charge listed as Anja Divivier on dealer pages.

• A neighbourhood retail layout rather than a large showroom.

Best way to experience it:

Call or check the website for current opening hours, bring photos or model numbers for repairs or parts, and allow time for staff to assess custom work rather than expecting immediate service.

• Opening hours vary by weekday; verify before you go.

• Phone and email are listed on the official site for enquiries.

• Small shop footprint—peak times can feel busy.

• Specialist services (repairs, digital work) may require appointment or lead time.
