True Adventure Offroad Academy
Overview
True Adventure Offroad Academy is the Honda‑affiliated enduro and off‑road riding school based in Carpaneto Piacentino. It runs multilevel courses combining classroom theory, dedicated training‑area practice and guided external routes.
Weekend multilevel programs are typically two days (Sat–Sun) and include training sessions, an external ~90 km guided ride and some meals; participants can use their own bike or hire school bikes. FMI‑qualified instructors lead supervised sessions under the Academy’s management.
What to Expect
Start with short classroom briefings, progress to controlled exercises in the on‑site training area, then join a longer guided off‑road ride through local dirt tracks and agriturismi.
Look out for:
- Focus on technique: clutch, body position and low‑speed manoeuvres in a dedicated 22‑hectare practice area.
- A supervised external ride of about 90 km on Sunday as part of multilevel weekends.
- Option to use your own bike or rent a school bike; team includes FMI‑qualified instructors.
- Some courses include two lunches and one agriturismo dinner as part of the weekend fee.
Best way to experience it:
Book a multilevel weekend, arrive with protective gear and a properly serviced bike (if using your own), and follow instructor guidance—the mix of drills and a guided external ride gives both skills practice and real‑route experience.
Things to Note
- Courses are multilevel and commonly run over two days (Sat–Sun).
- Some activities require FMI membership; check booking terms before arriving.
- Options exist to ride your own bike or use school/hire bikes—confirm availability in advance.
