TCS Training & Events
Overview
TCS Training & Events operates the Centre de pilotage in Lignières, a dedicated driving centre used for sport driving, motorcycle and specialist vehicle training. The site is noted as Switzerland’s only permanent closed racing circuit used for TCS’s PW Sport courses and other track activities.
Courses range from beginner modules to advanced sport-driving sessions and are run by TCS instructors; official course details, safety rules and what’s included (for example lunch or equipment notes) are published by TCS on their site and PDFs.
What to Expect
Short introduction: Practical, instructor-led driving sessions on a permanent closed circuit with a focus on vehicle control, line work and safe high-speed techniques.
Look out for:
- Structured modules for basic through advanced sport driving.
- On-site instructors from TCS with standardized course materials and safety briefings.
- Use of the circuit for passenger-car sport training, motorcycle courses and occasional public events.
- Official TCS information sheets and terms that detail inclusions and safety rules.
Best way to experience it: Book a labelled TCS PW Sport or relevant course in advance on the TCS site, arrive prepared with your driving licence and vehicle paperwork as requested, attend the safety briefing and follow instructor guidance to make the most of track time.
Things to Note
- Courses and exact inclusions (lunch, equipment) are listed by TCS—check the official PDF/info sheet.
- Booking in advance is recommended; availability varies with events at the circuit.
- The centre is a closed circuit used for different training types—expect safety briefings and instructor limits on vehicle modifications.
- Do not assume public access; access is typically limited to registered course participants or events.
