Overview

The Tatra Museum des OCNT houses a focused collection of Tatra cars (1920s–1970s) alongside other period cars, motorcycles, posters and spares. The club-run display moved to Grazerstraße 71a, 2604 Theresienfeld in 2023 and is presented by the Oldtimer Club Niederösterreich.

Public opening is limited: May–October on the first Sunday of each month (14:00–18:00); visits outside those times are possible by appointment. Admission is free, with donations requested; guided group visits are arranged by club members.

What to Expect

A compact, enthusiast-curated display of Czech-built Tatra automobiles and related memorabilia, with both indoor and outdoor vehicle displays.

Look out for:

  • Postwar aerodynamic Tatras and 1950s–1970s models.
  • Period posters, accessories and restoration projects.
  • A mix of indoor showroom space and outdoor exhibits.

Best way to experience it:

Plan for the first-Sunday opening or phone/email ahead to book a guided visit; allow 45–90 minutes to see vehicles and chat with club volunteers who often provide context about restorations and provenance.
