Schmittenhöhe E-Motocross Park
Overview
Ride battery-powered KTM e-motocross bikes on a dedicated mountain track at the areitXpress top station on Schmittenhöhe. The park is run by Schmittenhöhebahn AG and promotes zero-emission mountain riding for adults and children.
The facility is seasonal and weather-dependent; it includes an adult track (age-restricted), beginners/Trialpark options for teens, and the Schmidolin Rocket Bike course for ages 6–12 with provided protective gear.
What to Expect
Short intro paragraph.
Look out for:
- KTM Freeride e-motocross bikes for adults and teens on the main track.
- Schmidolin’s Rocket Bike practice course (Oset electric bikes) for children aged 6–12.
- Age and weight rules: adult track minimum 18 years; younger riders may use beginners’ areas (12+ and under 60 kg for some sections).
- Small capacity on the main track—groups limited to four riders at a time.
Best way to experience it:
Take the areitXpress to the bergstation, check the daily weather/park status, and book or register in advance if possible. Arrive with suitable clothing for changing alpine conditions; follow staff briefings and wear the supplied protective equipment.
Things to Note
