Royal Hills Experience

Royal Hills Experience is a 50‑hectare private off‑road facility offering motocross/enduro and mountain‑bike tracks, on‑site rentals and luxury chalet accommodation. The park was developed from pro lines used since 2014 and opened its public bike‑park in 2022.

The site operates year‑round with set riding hours and booking rules: minimum 2 people, 3‑day stays for accommodation, group buyouts available. Nearest airports are Toulouse, Carcassonne and Rodez; basic shopping in Réalmont (~8 km).

Tracks and facilities set across wooded hills designed for both MX/enduro bikes and mountain bikes. Expect groomed pro lines, varied terrain and onsite guest services including a swimming pool and chalet lodging.
