Retro Campers Norfolk

Retro Campers Norfolk hires restored Volkswagen T2 and T3 campervans from a base near King’s Lynn, with owners Jamie & Philippa Symington running day-to-day operations. Vehicles come equipped for self-drive breaks and listed inclusions emphasise insurance, breakdown cover and kitchen kit.

Collection is from Marshland Farm (Rhoon Road) in Terrington St Clement. The business highlights fully comprehensive insurance, 24/7 RAC recovery and an unlimited-mileage area roughly centred on King’s Lynn; contact details are published on the official site for bookings and questions.

Pick up a restored Volkswagen camper (1970s–1980s models) prepared for self-catered trips. Vehicles are presented for leisure driving rather than long-distance modern high-speed touring, so expect classic handling and character.

Look out for:

• Classic Bay Window T2 and at least one T25/T3 retro van in the fleet.

• Fully equipped interiors: basic kitchenware, beds, and camping essentials as listed on the site.

• Inclusions such as fully comprehensive insurance and 24/7 RAC breakdown & recovery.

• Collection point at Marshland Farm, Rhoon Road, Terrington St Clement (confirm exact details when booking).

Best way to experience it:
Drive a camper for a multi-day coastal or countryside loop in Norfolk—plan shorter daily legs to enjoy the experience of driving a classic van and to allow for slower speeds and practical needs like overnight parking and charging small devices. Contact Retro Campers Norfolk before arrival to confirm vehicle handover, kit, and any local advice.

• Booking, availability and final pickup/return instructions must be confirmed directly with Retro Campers Norfolk.
