Two guided factory tours at Lotus’s Hethel HQ show modern production and the company’s racing heritage. Options run as a 2‑hour factory tour or a 3‑hour factory & heritage tour that includes Classic Team Lotus.

Tours are small‑group (max 10), run on specific weekdays, and include safety briefings. Photography is prohibited across the site except in the retail centre and Classic Team Lotus; bookings are paid in full at booking time.

A hands‑on, guided look at Lotus production and heritage led by a Lotus product specialist.

Look out for:

• The Chapman Production Centre assembly line and Emira assembly demonstrations.

• Insights from Lotus specialists on engineering, materials and small‑batch production.

• A shortened factory visit plus a Classic Team Lotus display on the combined tour.

• Safety briefings, PPE requirements and a strict no‑photography rule across most of the campus.

Best way to experience it:

Book well in advance for Tue/Wed slots, arrive early for the pre‑tour briefing, notify Lotus if you need wheelchair access, and allow travel time to the Hethel site off Potash Lane.

• Factory Tour (2 hrs) runs Tue & Wed 10:00–12:00; Factory & Heritage Tour (3 hrs) runs Tue & Wed 14:00–17:00.

• Max 10 guests per tour; bookings are paid in full at time of booking.

• Visitors must be 10+ years; under‑18s require adult supervision (1 adult per 2 children).

• Photography/filming is forbidden across Lotus HQ except in the retail centre and at Classic Team Lotus.
