KTM Adventure Tours

KTM Adventure Tours runs guided all‑road and off‑road motorcycle tours from Vriezenveen, led by Bastiaan Nijen Twilhaar (former motocross competitor and multiple Dakar finisher). Tours include one‑day ~200 km routes through Twente plus multi‑day options and on‑bike coaching.

The operator provides a KTM rental fleet (390, 690, 790, 890 and rally models) and publishes specific tour dates on its site. Bookings, exact availability and equipment rules (protective gear, tyre/exhaust requirements for own bikes) are listed on the official website.

You’ll join a small group led by an experienced instructor with focused off‑road technique sessions, route navigation and lunch stops on one‑day or multi‑day formats.

Look out for:

• Mixed surfaces: paved roads, gravel and off‑road tracks through Twente.

• On‑bike coaching: posture, braking and low‑speed skills taught on route.

• Rental options: a range of KTM models available if you don’t bring your own bike.

• Safety requirements: protective clothing is mandatory; technical bike requirements are noted on the website.

Best way to experience it:

Book a dated tour from the operator’s calendar, arrive with appropriate protective kit (or rent on site), and allow time to brief your bike setup with the guide before heading out.

• Tours are run from Westeinde 384, Vriezenveen; check the operator’s site for current dates and meeting points.

• Protective clothing and helmet are mandatory; rental gear is available if needed.

• If using your own bike, confirm tyre and exhaust requirements in advance.

• The site lists both single‑day and multi‑day options and a rental fleet; contact the operator for availability and booking.
