KartMontijo

KartMontijo (Kartódromo do Montijo) is a purpose-built karting complex just outside Lisbon operating since 2017 on a 56,000 m² site. It offers a racing circuit with Sodikart RX8 karts and a dedicated indoor kids track with electric karts.

The venue runs daily sessions (officially open 10:00–18:30) and supports walk-in individual races, group events, birthdays, corporate team-building and gift vouchers. Free parking, a bar and event rooms are available on site.

A compact, well-equipped karting complex with separate circuits for adults and children and on-site event facilities.

Look out for:

• Racing karts: Sodikart RX8 karts with Honda 270cc engines on the main racing track.

• Kids track: indoor electric karts suitable from around 4 years old.

• Facilities: free parking, bar, leisure and presentation/meeting rooms for groups.

• Booking policy: individual races operate on a walk-in / first-come basis; calling ahead is recommended at busy times.

Best way to experience it: Arrive midweek or early afternoon to avoid weekend queues, bring ID for race sign-in, and ask staff about group-race packages or combined kids+adult options if visiting with family.

• Racing track not permitted for persons under 18.

• Balaclava use is mandatory for racing drivers.

• Individual sessions are mainly walk‑in; call ahead on weekends/holidays to check availability.
