Ignition Model is the Hamamatsu resin model house behind the RWB Porsches, LB Works Ferraris and Pandem tuner cars that fill Japanese diecast walls, and its Official Shop, opened in July 2026 inside the company headquarters at Aritamakita-cho, is the first place to buy the range from the maker itself. For a collector of Japanese tuner culture in scale, that is a pilgrimage stop: the same company that founded in 2013 on the line "everything for miniature car collectors" now has a counter.
The range runs from 1:64 through 1:43 and 1:18 to 1:12 and 1:6 showpieces, and the lines are the ones the brand is known for: RWB 964, 993 and 997, LB Works, Pandem and Rocket Bunny, Initial D and Wangan Midnight characters, Skyline and GT-R, NSX, JZA80 Supra and Lancer EX. Online the 1:64 pieces sit around US$16, 1:43 around US$25 and 1:18 around US$315, which is the price band to expect. Stock is current release and pre order; whether the shop carries exclusives or sample stock has not been published.
The catch is the hours. It is a weekday, office hours shop at a company headquarters in the north east of Hamamatsu, closed noon to 1pm and closed at weekends, so it suits a weekday detour on a Shizuoka trip rather than a Saturday outing.
