Overview

The Colección privada de la Fundación RACE is a guided collection of historic automobiles spanning the earliest motorcars to representative 20th‑century models. Vehicles include Delahaye, Hispano‑Suiza, Mercedes Simplex and other pre‑1910 and interwar examples.

Visits are offered only as guided group tours at the Circuito del Jarama (Autovía A‑1, Km 28) and are run by Fundación RACE with capacity limits to preserve the vehicles and visitor experience.

What to Expect

You join an organised, docent‑led tour through a curated set of historic cars and exhibits, with close visual access and photography allowed where indicated.

What you'll see:

  • Early motorcars (late 19th–early 20th century) such as Delahaye, Panhard and Mercedes Simplex
  • Representative interwar and early‑20th models like Austin Seven and Hispano‑Suiza
  • Interpretive notes on vehicle provenance, technology and restoration
  • A collection displayed within the Jarama race circuit complex

Best way to experience it:
Book a weekday guided slot in advance and join an existing group if you are fewer than 10 people. Tours last about 1.5 hours and are scheduled in morning weekday hours, so plan transport via the A‑1 service road and allow extra time for circuit security procedures.

Things to Note

  • Visits are guided only; minimum group size 10, maximum 15.
  • Minimum visitor age is 12 years.
  • Tours typically run weekdays 10:00–14:00; confirm dates with Fundación RACE.
  • Admission is free for school and private groups under stated conditions; companies should consult for rates.
