café RST is a neighborhood café and small-batch roastery on the first floor of the Mukaeru complex overlooking Kesennuma Port. They roast single-farm beans on site and serve drip coffee alongside simple dishes using local seafood and dairy.

Open since 2018, the café emphasizes Kesennuma-sourced ingredients (including Morland milk soft-serve) and lists hours as 10:00–20:00 with last orders at 19:30; closures are irregular.

Arrive mid-morning or early afternoon for quieter seating and to try freshly rested beans (they note beans are rested ~3 days after roast). If you plan to linger or visit during local events at the port, allow extra time — the café is on the first floor of the Mukaeru complex and can fill up.
