Bicester Heritage Crew Rooms
Overview
The Crew Rooms are four individually named suites within Building 82 (the Power House) at Bicester Motion, housed in a restored 1926 RAF building on the Bicester Heritage campus. Rooms combine period features with modern amenities such as en‑suite showers, Freeview and Wi‑Fi.
Suites vary in size and layout — the largest has a full kitchen and lounge — and bookings are handled via Red Kite Stays. The rooms are aimed at visitors attending events or exploring the automotive and aviation businesses based on the estate.
What to Expect
You stay in one of four private suites converted from the Power House on the Bicester Motion technical site. Expect exposed brick, high ceilings and WWII RAF references in the decor.
What you'll do or see:
- Sleep in an en‑suite room named after an RAF station commander (Bowen‑Buscarlet, Rotheram, Betts, Duclos).
- Use in‑room basics: Freeview TV, Wi‑Fi; larger suite includes kitchen, cooker, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine.
- Walk the Bicester Heritage campus to see classic cars, aviation workshops and periodic motoring events.
- Check in/out and reservations are managed through Red Kite Stays as linked from Bicester Motion's stay page.
Things to Note
- Bookings are taken through Red Kite Stays, not directly via Bicester Motion.
- The Crew Rooms sit inside the operational Bicester Motion campus; some areas are working garages and event spaces.
- Address listings vary (OX26 4EQ appears in public listings while company pages show an OX27 corporate postcode).
- Limited number of rooms (four suites); book early for event weekends.
