Audi ice experience (Audi driving experience)

Audi's Ice Experience trains drivers on frozen surfaces using Audi performance models in a programme that includes the Finland (Arctic) courses and advanced Pro sessions. Sessions focus on vehicle control, braking and cornering on snow and ice with professional instructors.

The Audi Driving Experience runs from its Neuburg customer centre for logistics and also stages the Finland programme deep in northern Scandinavia. Audi publishes programme PDFs with hotel and transport details and provides a dedicated bookings contact (drive@audi.de, +49 841 8932900).

You spend most of the day behind the wheel in controlled snow‑and‑ice environments with step‑by‑step coaching.

What you'll do:

• Drive Audi models on frozen tracks and lake surfaces (examples listed include the Audi S5 Avant; Pro sessions use RS models).
• Practice throttle control, purposeful skids, emergency braking and cornering on snow and ice with instructor feedback.
• Train in small groups with on‑car coaching and timed exercises to measure progress.
• Programme materials include logistics and hotel information for the Finland sessions; transfers are typically arranged for remote locations.

Best way to plan:
Arrive with winter clothing and a valid driving licence, allow extra travel time for Arctic transfers, and confirm which car/model and level (standard vs Pro) you booked so the organisers can prepare the right coaching group.

• Bring your driving licence and warm, layered clothing suitable for Arctic conditions.
• Programme is staged in remote northern Finland for the Finland experience; expect transfers and overnight hotel arrangements.
• Advanced Pro sessions use high‑performance RS models and are coach‑led by experienced instructors.
• Contact Audi Driving Experience for pre‑course medical/fitness questions and exact meeting points (drive@audi.de, +49 841 8932900).
