2027 High Lifter Mud Nationals

• The riding is for ATVs and UTVs: Jeeps and trucks are not allowed on the trails under Sabine ATV Park rules.
• Mud competitions run for prize money and bragging rights, alongside a poker run, games and a prize wheel.
• Vendor Village holds the powersports brands and the food vendors.
• Friday and Saturday nights are concert nights.
• The week runs Wednesday morning to Sunday afternoon, and the park closes at 2pm on Sundays.

Best Way to Experience It

• Arriving on opening day with the camp set up gives the most riding out of the five days.
• The competitions and the poker run are set times on the event schedule, which is published closer to the event: the 2027 schedule is not out yet.
• Friday and Saturday give the busiest stretch, with riding through the day and the concerts at night.

Good to Know

• Driving: Sabine ATV Park is at 7505 TX-63, Burkeville, in east Texas. The 2026 FAQ said there are no gas stations nearby, with gas sold on site that year and ice and supplies at the park store.
• Public transport: The organiser publishes no shuttle or public transport link to the park.
• Rideshare and taxis: The organiser publishes no rideshare or taxi drop off point.
• Best value route: Driving in with your own machine and staying in general dry camping, which needed no booking in 2026.
• Tickets: Admission is bought at the gate on arrival. It was US$120 per person for all five days in 2026, and 2027 prices are not yet announced.
• Gates and reentry: In 2026 the gates opened Wednesday at 8am and closed Sunday at 2pm, and early arrival before opening was charged per person per day. Armbands are worn on the arm at all times, in or out of the park, and a damaged one is swapped at the front gate when you bring the original.
• Camping: In 2026 there were reserved dry sites of 30 by 70 feet, reserved RV sites with water, sewer and power booked by phone, and first come general dry camping for campers, box trailers and tents. Roping off an area around a camper is not allowed. Portable toilets are spread through the park, free showers were next to Vendor Village in 2026, and the 2026 FAQ listed hotels in Leesville, Louisiana and Jasper, Texas.
• Bringing things in: A valid ID and a signed waiver are needed at the gate. Glass containers and personal drones are not allowed, and motorhomes, campers and enclosed trailers arrive unlocked for a security check.

• Suitable for kids? Children aged 6 and under got in free in 2026. A parent or guardian signs the waiver for anyone under 18 years of age, and the 2026 Outlaw Mud Races were for drivers aged 16 and over.
• No ATV or UTV of your own? The event does not rent machines, so the day without one is spent watching the mud races, walking Vendor Village and going to the concerts.
• Wanted to race your machine? Entries are taken on site. The 2026 Outlaw Mud Races ran four classes split by tyre size (Bogger up to 46 inch tyres, Pro from 47 inch) at US$50 or US$75 entry, with US$1,000 for a Pro class win, a DOT or Snell helmet, closed toe shoes and long pants required. The 2026 Show N Shine was US$20 per machine with US$500 for first.
• Leaving gear at camp? Security and police patrol the park, and the organiser is not responsible for lost or stolen property.
