2027 Daytona Supercross
Daytona International Speedway · Daytona, United States6 Mar 20271 day
About This Event
Daytona is the only round of the 2027 Monster Energy AMA Supercross championship not raced in a stadium: the dirt course is built inside Daytona International Speedway, home of the Daytona 500. It runs as one night race on the first Saturday of Bike Week at Daytona, with the course laid out in front of the frontstretch grandstands.
What to Expect
- Round 9 of 17 in the 2027 championship, with the 450SX class and the 250SX East class on the card.
- The series runs the day as timed qualifying first, then heat races and wild card races, then the main events under the lights.
- Bike Week at Daytona runs 5 to 14 March around the race. The Motorcycle Marketplace at the speedway is free to walk in every day and runs demo rides from brands including Harley-Davidson, Yamaha, Honda, Triumph and BMW.
- More motorcycle racing follows at the speedway later in Bike Week: Daytona Short Track on 10 and 11 March and the DAYTONA 200 from 11 to 13 March, each sold as its own ticket.
- Early March in Daytona Beach has normal highs of 74°F (23°C) and lows of 53°F (12°C), on NOAA's 1991 to 2020 figures.
Best Way to Experience It
- There are three ways to watch. A Reserved Seat in the frontstretch grandstand looks over the whole course. The Roost is general admission bleachers at the side of the course and includes Trackside Access. Trackside Access on its own is an add on to an admission ticket that puts you standing on the frontstretch right next to the course.
- Qualifying runs before the heats, so a daytime arrival covers the qualifying sessions as well as the night show.
- The Motorcycle Marketplace is open every day of Bike Week, so race day and the Friday before both have time for the demo rides ahead of the racing.
- The hospitality packages each need an admission ticket on top. Club Carmichael has hospitality on NASCAR's pit road, a meet and greet and track walk with Ricky Carmichael, and infield parking. The Rolex 24 Lounge Suite has a climate controlled lounge with a buffet and bar, Trackside Access, paddock access and parking. President's Row is sold out, with a waitlist open.
Good to Know
- Driving: The speedway is at 1801 W International Speedway Blvd in Daytona Beach, northeast of Orlando. Infield Parking and Lot 4 Parking are sold in advance for this race through Ticketmaster from the speedway's event page.
- Public transport: Neither the speedway nor the series publishes a bus, train or shuttle service for the 2027 race.
- Rideshare and taxis: Uber and Lyft both operate in Daytona Beach. The speedway's official rideshare pick up and drop off is near Lot 1, on the frontage road by Cracker Barrel on International Speedway Blvd (eastbound), signposted along that road.
- Best value route: Without a car, rideshare to the zone near Lot 1 is the one way in the speedway publishes. With a car, the advance Infield and Lot 4 passes are the two parking products sold for this race.
- Tickets: Admission is a Reserved Seat or General Admission, sold through Ticketmaster from the speedway's event page or by phone on 1-800-PITSHOP.
- Bringing things in: Up to two bags per person, each no bigger than 18 x 18 x 14 inches, plus one soft cooler up to 14 x 14 x 14 inches. Sealed drinks, alcohol included, can come in a bag or soft cooler. Hard coolers, glass, umbrellas, collapsible chairs, tripods, monopods and drones are not allowed. Ticket holders can leave and come back in, and bags are searched on every re entry.

Is This Event Right For You?
- Suitable for kids? The speedway lists kids aged 2 years and under as free on the Trackside Access upgrade, which needs an admission ticket. Strollers can come in but not into the seating areas, there is stroller parking in the grandstands, and Guest Services booths give out free child ID wristbands.
- Staying for more of Bike Week? Infield RV and tent camping is sold as 5 day and 10 day Bike Week options with restrooms and showers, and West Lot camping is booked through Ticketmaster. RV areas take self contained RVs only with no sleeping tents, and quiet time runs midnight to 6am.
