2027 MotoGP Grand Prix of Catalunya

• MotoGP, Moto2 and Moto3 all race on the weekend, which runs Friday to Sunday.
• The Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya is 4.66 km with 14 corners, eight right and six left.
• In 2027 the round moves to June, Round 9 of 22, two weeks after Mugello. In 2026 it ran in May.
• June at Barcelona Airport, on the coast, averages a high of 24.9°C and a low of 16.8°C, with about four days of rain in the month (AEMET normals, 1981 to 2010).

Best Way to Experience It

• The official MotoGP Premier packages for 2027 run Friday to Sunday, except MotoGP VIP Village, which runs Saturday and Sunday.
• Rider is a three day grandstand ticket with a guided paddock tour. Trophy N is a Grandstand N ticket with a guided track tour and a photo with the MotoGP trophy.
• Chicane adds a Team Garage Experience, a MotoGP rider appearance and an exclusive team event to a three day grandstand ticket and paddock tour.
• MotoGP VIP Village includes lounge hospitality, a rider Q&A, a service road tour and a pit lane walk. The Apex packages add rooftop access and a three day paddock pass, and Apex Grid adds grid access before a MotoGP or Moto2 race.

Good to Know

• Driving: The circuit is 32 km from Barcelona, off the C-17 (Montmeló exit) or the AP-7 (exits 13, 14 and 15). In 2026 spectator parking had to be bought online in advance on the circuit's ticket platform, and cars without it could not enter the circuit perimeter. 2027 parking is not yet announced by the organiser.
• Public transport: Rodalies R2 Nord trains from Barcelona towards Granollers Centre or Maçanet Massanes stop at Montmeló. From Girona, the R11 connects at Granollers Centre with the R2 or R8 to Montmeló. Sagalés bus 428 (Montornès, Montmeló, Granollers) stops at Verneda del Congost, Rec Molinar, about 10 minutes on foot from the circuit. Event shuttles for 2027 are not yet announced.
• Rideshare and taxis: Uber operates in Barcelona. In 2026 the circuit set up two taxi ranks, one at the West entrance by Gate 1 and one at the East entrance by Gate 3.
• Best value route: The Rodalies train to Montmeló. It is a direct commuter line into the town the circuit is in, and in 2026 Rodalies ran four trains an hour each way on race Saturday and Sunday.
• Tickets: Circuit tickets started at €29 (about US$33) in 2026. 2027 tickets are not yet on sale, and tickets.motogp.com takes email sign ups for when sales open.

• Worried about traffic after the race? In 2026, from the Saturday Sprint and the Sunday MotoGP race onwards, every road around the circuit ran as an exit route only, and Rodalies added trains from 4pm to 6pm on Saturday and 3pm to 7pm on Sunday. The 2027 mobility plan is not yet announced.
• Riding there on your own bike? In 2026 motorbikes parked free with no booking, in Car Park H1 off the C-17 and in a reserved section of the spectator car park.
