About This Event
The WEC season finale since 2015, run on a 5.412km floodlit desert circuit — eight hours of racing from afternoon into night, where world titles are decided across prototype and GT classes. Hypercars, LMP2s and GT machinery share the Bahrain International Circuit's fifteen-corner layout, mixing long straights with heavy braking zones and a technical middle sector. The only eight-hour race on the calendar, extended from six hours in 2019.
