2026 Turkey Drag Car, Truck and Bike Show

• Cars, trucks and motorcycles share one show vehicle display area, and every registered vehicle is judged for awards.
• The organiser's rules shape the field: no squatted trucks, side by sides, ATVs or mini bikes, and no burnouts, with no exceptions.
• Park quiet hours run 10pm to 7am and all music goes off at 10pm, so the evenings are a campground, not a party.
• Wind Point Park has a marina, fishing piers and a swimming beach on the lake.

Best Way to Experience It

• Show vehicles roll in Friday and Saturday from 8am to 8pm and Sunday from 8am to 2pm, so the field is at its fullest on Saturday.
• Staying in the park puts the show, the lake and the campsite in one place for the three days.

Good to Know

• Driving: Wind Point Park is about one hour east of Dallas. From I-30, take Exit 94 south on US 69 for 13.3 miles, continue about a mile into Lone Oak, turn right on FM 513, go straight through the four way stop onto FM 1571, and FM 1571 becomes Park Road 55, which ends at the park. The park warns that GPS can route drivers onto CR 3401 or CR 3408, which are narrow, unmaintained county roads.
• Public transport: Neither the organiser nor the park publishes a public transport route to Wind Point Park.
• Rideshare and taxis: Uber operates in Dallas, per its Dallas city page. The organiser publishes no taxi or rideshare drop off or pick up point at the park.
• Best value route: Driving is the only way in that the organiser or the park publishes, with the park's own directions from I-30, I-20 West and I-20 East.
• Tickets: Spectator entry is a weekend pass bought on arrival at the event, not online.
• Camping: The park's own accommodation is RV sites with full hookups, air conditioned cabins, enclosed shelters and tent sites, all booked through the park.
• Food and drink: The park has a convenience store, open Friday 8am to 8pm, Saturday 8am to 7pm and Sunday 8am to 4pm.

It covers one vehicle and is non refundable and non transferable. Passengers are not covered and pay spectator entry, and an entrant who breaks the rules is escorted out with no refund.
