Is This Event Right For You?
Best fit if you value historic venues — 5.891km Grand Prix Circuit began as RAF Silverstone in 1943, Wellington Straight named after WWII bombers, legendary Maggotts-Becketts-Chapel sequence among motorsport's most challenging high-speed corners.
Best fit if you enjoy multi-class competitions — three-hour endurance race with GT3 and GT4 classes running simultaneously, three mandatory pitstops, strategic battles across two performance categories, British GT's only three-hour race in 2026.
Best fit if you value championship season openers — Round 1 of Season 34, first time Silverstone hosts opening round since 2001, winners receive historic 1932 RAC Trophy, 50% bonus points for endurance race stakes.
Not ideal if you expect Formula 1 scale — domestic UK sportscar championship attracts smaller grids than Silverstone's F1 events, national series rather than world championship, focus on GT manufacturer battles not global star drivers.
